We do not run full 24/7 service, but we take after-hours, weekend, and holiday emergency calls for a flat $199 dispatch fee. Calls before noon on weekdays are usually scheduled the same day.
Our shop is in Mesquite, about 13 minutes from Forney. It is one of the closer cities in our current service expansion.
Forney's public works department has documented an inflow and infiltration issue, where groundwater and stormwater enter sanitary sewer lines through cracks or improper connections. Heavy rain can push extra water into an already marginal line and cause a backup that would not happen in dry weather.
During normal weekday hours before noon, we do not charge a separate dispatch fee for scheduled same-day visits. After hours, weekends, and holidays carry a flat $199 dispatch fee, quoted before we head out.
