Atmos Energy serves Crandall, the same utility across most of our east Dallas-Fort Worth service area.
We do not run full 24/7 service, but we take after-hours emergency calls for a $132 (5–10 PM) or $184 (10 PM–8 AM) fee. Calls before noon on weekdays are usually scheduled the same day.
Our shop is in Mesquite, about 20 minutes from Crandall.
During normal weekday hours before noon, we do not charge a separate dispatch fee for scheduled same-day visits. After-hours calls carry a $132 (5–10 PM) or $184 (10 PM–8 AM) fee, quoted before we head out.
