What Actually Goes Wrong in Rockwall

North Texas usually gets one or two Arctic events between December and February.
The thing most homeowners do not expect is that the flood does not happen during the freeze. It happens on the thaw. Ice expands and splits the pipe while everything is frozen solid, so nothing leaks yet.
