Send a neighbor our way. You both get $25.
Most of our work comes from people telling their neighbors about us. This is our way of saying thanks for it. Give us their name, and once we finish the job and they pay their invoice, we send you $25. They get $25 off their first service.
HOW IT WORKS

Give us their name
Fill out the form above, call us at 214-918-6109, or hand them one of our cards. Whatever is easiest.

We do the work
We call them, schedule the job, and take care of it the same way we would for you. Your name goes on their file so we know who to thank.

You both get $25
They get $25 off their first invoice. Once that invoice is paid, we send you your $25.
That is the only condition, and it is the same one that protects you: nobody gets paid for a job that never happened.

Applied straight to their first invoice, before they pay. They do not have to do anything to claim it. We take care of it when we write up the job.

Sent after their invoice is paid. No limit on how many people you send us. If you refer four neighbors this year, that is $100.

$25 for you and $25 for the person you refer. The $25 comes off their first invoice. Yours is sent after that invoice is paid.
After the person you referred has their work completed and pays their invoice. Not when they book, and not when we give them a quote. If the job does not happen, there is nothing to pay out on either side.
No. Refer as many people as you like. If you are sending us a lot of work, for example if you manage properties, call us directly. There may be a better arrangement for you than $25 at a time.
Yes. The referral bonus applies to people who have not used us before. It also has to be a different address than yours.
Their name and phone number are enough. We will take it from there.
We will reach out once their invoice is paid and confirm how you would like it. Most people take a digital gift card by email because it is instant.
No. Like our other offers, it cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions, and it is limited to one per household per service visit.
PROGRAM TERMS
- The referred customer must be new to James Armstrong Plumbing and at a different service address than the person referring them.
- Both $25 amounts are earned once the referred job is completed and the invoice is paid in full. Estimates and cancelled jobs do not qualify.
- The referred customer’s $25 comes off their first invoice. It cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions and cannot reduce an invoice below zero.
- One referral bonus per new customer.
- Employees of James Armstrong Plumbing and members of their households are not eligible.
- A referral does not apply if the person already contacted us before you referred them.
- We may end or change this program at any time. Referrals already submitted will be honored.
